OpenX Proposal: ASAM OpenSCENARIO XML Maintenance Project

Proposal description

Improve the quality of the OpenSCENARIO XML standard by clarification of open points, bugfixes and addition of examples. This may include several issues from https://code.asam.net/simulation/openscenario/openscenario-xml.

Specific examples are:

• simulation/openscenario/openscenario-xml#678
• simulation/openscenario/openscenario-xml#676
• simulation/openscenario/openscenario-xml#674
• simulation/openscenario/openscenario-xml#675
• simulation/openscenario/openscenario-xml#678
• proposal #7 (could be covered within this proposal I suggest @johannes.schmitz1)

Backward compatibility

This maintenance would only add clarifications and specifically will exclude any breaking changes.

Completion criteria / deliverables

A number of above mentioned issues and further ones found in https://code.asam.net/simulation/openscenario/openscenario-xml shall be implemented.
