P_2025_02-004: Traffic light examples

Description: There are currently only snippets and very simple examples provided to show how ASAM OpenDRIVE and ASAM OpenSCENARIO can interact for traffic light simulation. Corresponding documentation should be added, including at least one complete and complex example, including pedestrian, bike and bus/tram traffic lights. Since this is a topic which affects multiple ASAM standards, a part of the discussions is expected to take place in the harmonization working group.
