OpenX Proposal: ASAM OpenDRIVE checker rules improvements

Description: The first iteration of the ASAM Quality checker project has been concluded. Now with the next iteration of the OpenDRIVE standard some harmonization work needs to be done.

OpenDRIVE Rules In OpenDRIVE 1.8.1 all rules were duplicated due to the ASAM Quality checker project. This shall be improved. The aim is to have a readable document but maintain the rules only once. The OpenDRIVE documentation will be future proofed for cooperation with the quality checker project.

OpenDRIVE recommendations The group should identify which recommendations from the OpenDRIVE documentation should be “checkable” and how they can be checked by the ASAM Quality checker project implementation.
