Ordering of entities with relative references and limitations

Is there any expectation in which order entities shall be defined in the xosc-file, if relative speeds/positions are involved in the Init phase?

Moreover, it should be clarified, if there is any limitation on referencing other entities, e.g. in case of circular dependencies. If this needs to be resolved by the simulation tool, this should be stated in the standard; otherwise, it should be clarified that referenced entities need to be defined beforehand.
