Minutes

1. Meeting Frequency & Scheduling

• A poll will be conducted to determine the best meeting time, avoiding Fridays.

2. Roadmap and Budget for Approved Proposals

• The Technical Steering Committee (TSC) approved starting projects without a budget; funding requests will be submitted in April.
• The roadmap must outline execution plans and time frames before April.
• If a project does not receive TSC funding, the project group may proceed without a budget or halt the project.
• Some proposals lack budget estimates, requiring input from proposers.
• @pmai expressed concern about the efficiency of budget planning, emphasizing that projects without budget requests should proceed without delay.

3. Coordination Group Representation

• Each CCB should designate at least two representatives for the coordination group.
• @gil.amid and @Rolf.Magnus2 volunteered to represent OpenSCENARIO DSL.

4. Project Start and Dependencies

• Discussion on the OpenSCENARIO DSL-related projects that can begin immediately.
• The main projects under discussion:
  • DSL Maintenance: Routine updates and minor issue resolutions.
  • Additional Language Constructs: Requires further planning and discussion.
• Agreed to use upcoming CCB meetings to align project startup efforts.

5. GitLab Access Issues

• No one in the meeting reported access issues, but the team will remain alert to potential problems.
