Lists of list

In the standard, lists of lists are prohibited:

"The list’s element type can be any type, except another list." https://www.asam.net/static_downloads/public/asam-openscenario/2.0.0/language-reference/types.html#_lists

Is this by accident? Cant this be enabled?
