keep_time_headway inconsistency between plantuml and standard.osc
@rolf.magnus I just noticed standard.osc does not have the same definition as the plantuml for this action
- standard.osc has an extra argument (direction). But I think "headway" would always assume the actor is trailing the reference. Therefore, I assume the plantuml is correct
- standard.osc has the comments from a different action. Therefore, again I assume the plantuml is correct.
