Refine Top-Level Archictecture of InanimateObject
We recently introduced the class "InanimateObject" as opposed to "TrafficParticipants" with some sub-classes as a placeholder for further extension. In OSC 1.0 such objects were called "MiscObject". What we introduced as subclasses are only categories there (building, vegetation, etc.). I would suggest to start a discussion here about three points: 1.Names aren't that important, but should give an intuitive sense of what we mean. @rich.heidtman requested to re-use the current name "MiscObject". Do we want to go back to that or stick with "InanimateObject" or something else? 2. Is there a need to introduce various sub-classes (e.g. because these objects can have different actions)? Or is something category-like sufficient? Or a hybrid with few sub-classes? 3. Does anyone know the usage of the MiscObject with category "Wind" in OSC 1.0? I find this intuitively pretty misplaced, but don't know any practical application where it might be useful.
