Proposal: Define possible implementation architecture(s)

I strongly recommend to define possible implementation architectures as part of this project. We need to have a common understanding of how OSC2 language files could be handled by simulation/test frameworks in the future. This includes both scenario and test elements of the language.

Such a common understanding of possible implementations is crucial for later exchange-ability and portability, which are one of the main goals of a standard.
