Support extension of Domain Model with guidelines

The Domain Model "shipped with OSC 2.0" cannot cover all possible use-cases and will focus on the essential entities, their actions and relations. However, it should be possible in a standardized way to extend the domain model for tool vendors or even users to add capabilities to existing entities, derive new entities from them or add entirely new content.
