Extended Description
Why are wheelchairs OSCPedestrian and not OSCVehicle? They are wheel-based and somewhat restricted in their movement (due to the main tires being able to rotate in opposite directions, they can turn much faster than cars, but less flexible than pedestrians or animals).
Same would apply to strollers, however, they are not part of the OSC format (yet?).
Is the categorization based on movement or their primary space (road vs. sidewalks and crosswalks)?
