Added POC features for doxygen and enterprise

doxygen_ea_extension into master

Integrated doxygen and enterprise architect features and updated general extensions structure. Also, added more extensive documentation (code and README).

IMPORTANT: When this is merged, all repositories accessing these extensions must also be updated accordingly, as the new structure is not backwards compatible!!!
