Added fix for too broad sidebar toc

Philip WINDECKER (AVENYR GmbH) requested to merge limit-sidebar-width-for-toc into main

A suggested fix for the UI to limit the maximum width of the sidebar table-of-contents (toc). This is necessary for wide screens in case one or more headings are quite long because the toc takes priority in width over the main body.
