Semantics Example for "change_lane" not clear about keeping the lane, after the lane change, with permanence.
Semantics Example should some how show or indicate: After a change_lane is resolved there is a lasting keep_lane() behavior until acted upon by similar lateral modifier or action (see below). This mean that the vehicle does not return to the lane where it originated. This is different from how lateral() modifier works. The lateral() modifier springs back to center after the lateral() modifier is completed; at least this is the current assumption.
