Reactivate OpenCRG from hibernation

Detailed background

• Clarify/clean up the licence issue of the sample implementations
• Restore free accessibility to sample implementations
• Supplement instructions with examples and demo data sets as required
• Offer hands-on support and workshops on request
• Provide clarifications, bug fixes and other (small) additions
• Offer a contact point for error messages and user problems
