Initial speed for time-based trajectories in Init

Describe the problem

If a FollowTrajectoryAction with time values defined in the trajectory is defined in Init, what is the expected initial speed. Zero, if there no explicit speed action defined, or an implicitly defined initial speed defined by e.g. the first two time points and positions of the trajectory points
