Add wheel width to Axle definition

For proper animation of axles it would be helpful to enable to specify not only wheel diameter but also wheel width

Add wheelWidth to attributes of class Axle

Describe the backwards compatibility

Since it is a new attribute, no backwards compatibility issue should arise
