Target lane types appear inconsistent

Dear ASAM,

There are inconsistencies in the types of target lanes. In RelativeTargetLane, the 'value' attribute is of type int. In AbsoluteTargetLane, the 'value' attribute is of type string, but the description says that it is a number. Should the type of the AbsoluteTargetLane value reflect the fact that it is a number?
