Add sensors for scenario specific use-cases (e.g. in a condition)

Describe the feature

In #377 (closed) sensors with their configuration were introduced but found out of scope for OpenSCENARIO. But maybe there are scenario specific use-cases, where sensors may be needed (e.g. a condition where we need a sensor as reference). So we could re-add them in the future.
