How longitudinal reference line offsets crossing multiple roads should be defined is unclear
Describe the bug
The standard describes the longitudinal (s) and lateral (t) co-ordinate system relative to a given road's reference line in the Road Coordinate System section of the user guide. However, it is not clear how a longitudinal offset (e.g. ds
defined in RelativeLanePosition) should act crossing either a standard linkage road or a junction connecting road.
Describe the expected behavior
A clear and concise description of how longitudinal (s) offsets are treated crossing both standard linkage and junctions is part of the user guide. Where these offsets are present in the object model, the user is referred to that section the user guide. With junctions, the user guide well-defines which connecting road to take.
Additional context
OpenDRIVE 1.6 ensures that connected roads share a contiguous reference line.
