V2.2.x Feature proposal: Additional Actors

This issue is used to accumulate proposals for new actors.

OSC DSL language and domain model will be enhanced to support additional actors:

1. Standard defintion of groups:

   Currently the standard contains “traffric_participants_group “ – see  8.7.26 in the domain model reference. This is non-nomrative and just a reference. it is proposed to define it as standard model.
