V2.2.x Feature Proposal: Evaluation Capabilities

The language should supply additional mechanism for evaluation of test scenario results and coverage aggregations

1. Better support for scenario matching use model: One of the usages of scenarios is identification of such scenarios on real world data , video recording, etc... . The language needs additional capabilities to improve its abilities with this use case.
2. OSC DSL today supports minimal set of capabilities to do online checking and evaluation of "interesting behaviors" of various actors. Additional language capabilities are required for expressing e.g.: During the scenario execution of scenario X, did Actor Y's velocity ever crossed a certain threshold?
