Update 2.x to XML in repository structure (and readme's etc.)

We want to fully update the repository with the new ASAM OpenSCENARIO DSL name.

There are still some "2.x" identifiers left, these should be replaced with ASAM OpenSCENARIO DSL.

  • Repository renamed
  • Generator checked (if still running with renamed repository
  • Readme's checked and renamed
  • Filestructure checked and renamed
