When the TSC during the Soring 2024 meeting approved the release of OpenSCENARIO DSL 2.1.0, the requested the next project to check if the domain model library "standard.osc" can be normative. As a possible user is expecting that also the downloadable domain model library is normative not only the reference in the specification
