Terms an definitions: Concrete scenario
The terms and definitions chapter defines a concrete scenario like this:
A scenario for which the exact evolution of any of its parameters and variables is completely determined to a fixed value for any point in time. For more information, see the detailed concrete scenario definition.
However, parameters don't evolve, since they stay constant during scenario execution, and variables are mostly feedback from the simulation environment so won't often have fully predetermined values during a simulation run, so this definition doesn't really fit.
