question for proposed new modeling feature - support collaborative driving scenario generation

hi all. based on the discussion in the workshop today about any new features we would like to see applied: one small question as being not so relevant: does OpenScenario models support creation of collaborative driving scenarios where two dynamic nodes may exchange some messages..? is this inside the scope?
