Review feedback: Discrepancy between standard.osc and DM on standard-movement-parameters for modifier avoid_collisions, keep_* and others

After review, it seems that there is a broader discrepancy between the spec and standard.osc on whether all movement modifiers have the standard-movement-parameters, or some do not. This exists for avoid_collisions, but also all of the keep_* modifiers, and some others:

movement_mode: movement_mode with:                       # Optional:

uses enum movement_mode: monotonous | other (default: other)

    keep(default it == other)

track: track with:                                       # Optional:

uses enum track: actual | projected (default: actual)

    keep(default it == actual)

shape: any_shape                                         # Optional:

uses struct any_shape

This looks like a cut& paste error, as the standard document itself contains only “avoid” as the parameter

Suggestion

Remove the redundant parameters.
