OpenSCENARIO 1.1 without xslt from 1.0.
In OpenSCENARIO 1.1 there is a migration folder where migrations for 1.0 is included as well as for 1.1. A colleque was irritated that in 1.0 is a xslt document for transfomration from 0.9 to 1.0, but in the 1.1 folder there is in contrary to his expectations no translation document for 1.0 to 1.1.
I assume this is because we are fully backwards compatible, so 1.0 file is also a valid 1.1 file and only some things got deprecated or added. So generally we can migrate a valid 1.0 file by changing the header version to 1.1. If we want to make visible if we use deprecated stuff in this file, we can use the strict schema which lies in the 1.1 migration folder.
This assumption is even for project members (or at least for me) not directly clear. It should be clearly mentioned in the introduction (e.g. "1.6. Migration") why 1.1 has no xslt file. It is not absolutely obvious for potential users why such a file would be useless. Perhaps it is also helpful, as from my experience most user does not read userguides at all, to have a short readme in this folder that no xslt is needed.
