Add maximum decelerationRate to the Performance class
Describe the feature
If you want to model a more realistic entity behaviour, you not only need the maximum deceleration of a vehicle, but also the maximum jerk (decelerationRate). For deceleration this would correspond to the human stepping on the brake pedal until it reaches it's final position.
Describe the solution you would like
Add an optional "maxDecelerationRate" attribute (Cardinality 0...1, type: double) to the class "Performance". Description: "Maximum deceleration rate of the vehicle. Unit: m/s^3. Range: [0..inf[. If omitted then infinity is assumed."

New optional attribute, therefore backward compatible.
