Distance for positions on different roads

Clarify that if two positions are not on the same road and a road distance shall be calculated, if the route of the entity, which is on the road can be considered. We need to distinguish between roads and routes. Default behaviour needs to be considered as well. Probably this has to be clarified in v1.2
